Where to with “Going Places” and where do you eat and escape the heat in Eilat?

Our hot recommendation is to visit the coolest restaurant in Eilat’s Ice Mall: “Italica – Pasta Bar”, for great food and a terrific view of the ice-rink (where you can go ice skating before or after a yummy meal).

Match your chosen pasta with your favorite sauce and one or two veggies, to make a perfect dish. The cook at Italica knows his sauces and cooks the pasta to a perfect “al dente”. Every time we eat here we’re pleasantly surprised by the quality food that resembles that of the trattorias in Rome, the great service and the lively atmosphere.

Also on the menu: Chef’s Specials – pasta/sauce/veggie combinations, salads, fish, “Striiiipizza” and regular pizza with a variety of toppings. Don’t ask us what’s for dessert – we always choose Italica’s yummy tiramisu, but we’re sure there are other desserts available too.

If you're still able to move after lunch, go ice-skating, on a shopping spree or settle for a relaxing siesta at your hotel.
